Where my ladies at?
So Cupid didn’t make it this year, no reason to sweat! Why should the couples have all the fun on the 14th? Let’s change it up and have ourselves a little Galentine’s Day (as cheesy as it sounds, yes pun intended)! Invite over the girls and have yourself a little party! Just follow these 3 easy steps and you’ll be feeling the love!
Gather the ladies! (aka: blow up the group chat)
Set the mood! Give Creative Occasions a call for unique décor that you will fall in love with!

Let the squad know that Valentine’s Day is just as fun for the singles! Plus, it gives you a great excuse for a girls’ night. Forget the “destroy the exes’ possessions” tradition we have become accustomed to and instead let’s celebrate ourselves, because let’s face it, together we rock, but be sure to leave the bitter ones at home (nobody wants Rachel Dratch’s Debbie Downer at the party). “Kindness is something we should all have… we need more of it out there,” (Ellen DeGeneres) so let’s show some love this Valentine’s Day! And who better to do it with than with your closest friends and the cutest table spread?
I don’t know about you, but I am swooning over this table set up! For the 14th, instead of decorating with a typical pink and red Valentine’s Day color pallet, we chose to play with fuchsia and blush tones to keep the “love in the air” feel, but accompanied them with a luxurious gold shimmer that will make your guests feel like royalty, and more than just a Valentine. Speaking of royalty, our Gold Thrones are fit just for your queens. The Crinkle Taffeta Linen (shown in pink) brings out the softness for this day of love and the Chevron Sequin Linen (shown in taupe and cream) draped underneath the Mirror Tabletop sparks it with the glam that your girls will adore! We used our Gold Mercury Vases here and there to add some florals for a romantic setting. Hey, if men can bromance, why can’t we? To complete the look, we used our Faux Brick Wall (painted white) with our fabulous Gold Mirror for the backdrop and topped it with an enchanting Chandelier. Now let us move from the design spread, to the food spread (remember ladies, tonight is the night to indulge!)
Sweet or salty? How about both? For this delicious combo, we whipped up some white -chocolate popcorn (with confetti heart sprinkles of course) that will satisfy even the most indecisive sweet tooth. The best part about this delicious mixture is how simple it is to make! For the beverage of choice, we went with a drink that makes us think of sunny days and a good party, champagne strawberry margaritas (excuse me while I wipe the drool from my keyboard). Another recipe that takes just minutes to make!
